20 years of developing experience at close contact with the world's most famous and biggest Italian Wool and Cotton Fabric Producers, has bring to a creations of what can be defined the most performant and completed Textile CAD on the market.
Not only a simple CAD but an instrument that allows the developing and the management of the entire collection.
There is a big difference between our CAD and the competitors, now we try to define the borders and show the differences.
We can divide our CAD in four big parts:
A) Colors and Yarns managements
B) Design management and research
C) Blankets management
D) Articles management

| COLORS AND YARNS MANAGEMENT |
These programs allow to create a Data-Base of colors and yarns utilized by the User; we can manage any kinds of yarns, build and designs the yarns as they are in the reality and simulate 3D yarns, fancy, twisted, melanges, in the best way (not many Competitors can do it).
We have different possibilities to match the colors; we can analize the color through the scanner, through pre-loaded colors tables, through their comparison, research similar colors just existent inside the Data-Base, everything in order to facilitate the use and be more true possible on the monitor and printer and much more (not many Competitors can do it).
We can manage a yarn's stock, we have programs to manage the inventory, to withdraw the yarns, to calculate the stock, to printout statistics (our Competitors can not do it).

| DESIGNS MANAGEMENT AND RESEARCH |
We can start from the analysis of the fabric (an automatic calculation gives the data loom setting, reed type, ground ends, picks/cm, weight,… help to find in the Article Data-Base if a similar Article was already produced, calcule of the cost of the fabric) (not many Competitors can do it).
When we show the designs on the monitor, we can put at onceup to 18 different
designs (not only colors) whose can be different modifications of the same design
or totally different designs, (not many Competitors can do it) this allows
to be more fexible and compare different solutions.
A powerful technical paper (where is possible to study new weaves, analyze the warp and weft arrangements, automatic scaling and/or stretching of the designs, to readapt a design from an Article to another, automatic designs creations and much more) completely integrated with the fabric simulation allows a very easy development of new designs and modifications (our Competitors can not do it).
When we printout the designs we can select wich designs can be printed, and the
designs dimensions will be exactly the same as the fabrics.
The designs developed on the screen have three different possibilities; be stored
as a temporary designs, be stored in a blanket, be stored as a definitive Article.

| BLANKETS MANAGEMET |
Pratically unknown by the competition, allows to make and manage any kinds of
blankets (up to 60 different warps and 500 different wefts any blanket), this
part of the program follows the way used by all the fabric makers for study a
new collection of designs and color-ways, the possibility to cross many warps
and wefts allows to find an incredible numbers of designs. It's the principal
program used by our Customers to develop their designs collection.
It's not easy to explane by words, the best way to understand, is just take look
of the system.

| ARTICLES MANAGEMENT |
We can store in a powerful Data-Base the Articles production of the User, the
lay-out is totally customized and allows to have an history of what is the production
season by season.
Each Color-Way is stored with the own colors and related to the Article, we can,
automatically, center the warp (design simmetry), automatically calculate the
weight and the composition of the fabric, we can make statistics for know all
the used colors and yarns, where and how they are used.
We can optimize the production by calculate which designs have the same warp, which
designs can be tied together, we can suggest wich drawing-in or reed type it will
be better to use for reduce the numbers of warps and many other functions that
make more easy the life of the User.
In this prospect we have shown just a few possibilities of what the complete
program can do, we also have the possibility to start from a small version to
grow up to the complete package, included the connection with the production machines,
like electronics looms, warping and drawing machines and much more. |
